No. We welcome both licensed agents and motivated individuals who are ready to get licensed. If you're unlicensed, we expect you to obtain your license within 30 days of joining.

Is this field sales or telesales?

This is 100% telesales. You will work from home by phone. There is no door knocking, no driving, and no in-person appointments required.

Will leads be provided to me?

We operate a hybrid lead model. Some leads are provided through our systems. Agents are also expected to develop their own leads using the AI-powered tools and training we provide.

What kind of investment is required?

This is a business, not a job. Agents are expected to invest in leads, licensing, and tools. We will be transparent about costs during your informational call.
