The Path To Getting Started
Step 1 — Apply
Fill out our short application. It takes less than 5 minutes. Tell us a little about yourself, your background, and what you're looking for. That's it for now.
Step 2 — We Review Your Application
Daniel personally reviews every application. If it looks like a potential fit, you'll receive a personal message from us — typically within one business day.
Step 3 — Join a Live Team Call
You'll receive a personal invite to join one of our live team overview calls held every Tuesday and Thursday. This is where you'll see exactly how Victory operates, hear real numbers, and get every question answered directly. These calls are small and focused — not a crowded webinar.
Step 4 — Get Licensed and Contracted
If you're ready to move forward after the call, we walk you through everything. If you don't have your insurance license yet, we'll point you to the fastest path to get it. Once licensed, we get you contracted with our top carriers — usually within a few days.
Step 5 — Start Building Your Business
Once you're contracted and appointed, you're ready. Work leads, serve clients, and start building the kind of residual income that keeps paying you long after the work is done.
